This game is a REVOLUTION in smartphone gaming. The gameplay is simple but awesome and you get better every time you play! The 80s music brings you back in time and you can easily skip adverts quickly and the game even stops for you if there is an interruption and lets you decide when you want to go on! The sound effects are the best! Im totally Kung Fury while I play!
And I hacked too much time! Luckily I was able to hack a Nokia 5160 to send this message through time for help!

I am a lover of 80s and 90s, so much that I still live like Im in them. I ride a skate board, play keytar in a band and consume waaaaayyyy to much soda and pizza. My friend told me about Kung fury, and I never really watched it until last night, I Instantly fell In love with the short film and I can tell you that the app is just as good as the film. This is a MUST download if you love things like back to the future, beat EM ups and old arcade games, or any other form of the 80s in media. I give this 10000000/10
Some bad moments
To let everyone know and Im not sure if its just for iPhone 4 but the game loads up fine but when playing it runs slow the fps is so slow fighting becomes unplayable. Maybe its just for iPhone 4 only not sure.
The movie was funny. But this is a boring game. You just tap left and right and thats it. That is literally all you. Enemies left, tap left. Enemy right, tap right. Pretty boring setup.
Playing on iphone 5s
No tutorial, no settings, gameplay not even accurate ,repetitive,annoying, one tiny bit of the game for free than you have to spend money.
Great game, awesome artwork, but its not actually free. After the first level you gotta pay $3 to keep on playing the story, which is quite expensive when you consider the movie...
Needs:
- game center leaderboards/achievements
- character select a la Final Fight
- New skins animations
- player name input
- option to use standard HUD vs. vintage
I dont write reviews but that was the best 30 minute action movie ever
